MANDATORY SPRING SPORTS MEETING FOR PARENTS AND STUDENTS MARCH 6

March 6th at 7:00 pm in the OHS auditorium Ozark High School Athletic Director, Mark Caballero,  will go over MSHSAA Rules, OHS Rules, and Citizenship Rules.  This meeting is mandatory for all OHS Activity and Athletic  participants and their parent(s).  The meeting should last approximately 1 hour.  OHS offers this meeting multiple times a  school year.  All Soccer Players who have not attended a previous meeting during the 2011-2012 school year and/or do not have a current citizenship card on file MUST attend this meeting or they will not be allowed to participate in any OHS activity or athletic competition until they have done so.  This is an Ozark High School/District mandate.  Coach Davidson will receive a list of players who have attended and have signed the Citizenship Form.  (Citizenship Cards are valid for the current school year only)

If your daughter does not have a current Physical on file with the school, she must have one complete and on file before the 1st day of Soccer tryouts. (Feb 27th).  This also includes the new concussion forms.  Here are the links to the forms that you will need.

Physical forms may be turned in to Coach Davidson or the OHS Athletic office any time between now and Feb 27th.  Many walk in clinics provide school physicals including the Wal-Mart walk in clinic.  If you prefer to use your family physician, please make sure you can get an appointment prior to Feb 27, when try outs begin.  No one will be allowed to participate without a current physical on file with OHS.  Most clinics have these forms on file but filling out your information prior to your visit may save time and/or paperwork delays.
